Tolong+

Tolong+ was a mobile application which have concept “Panic Button”. This application can be used to help people even in the worst condition. Tolong+ also has prepared volunteers to help people in emergency situations. Call centers also stand by in an emergency situation.

Main Objectives

Panic button was a button used by people in emergency situations. Some countries already have it and Tolong+ comes from Indonesia. When some panic buttons only have one way communication, Tolong+ have two way communication between people in emergency and volunteer.

Strategy

To support two ways communication, we made video call features more accessible and can be used on all devices. We also made geo-location more precise to know the exact location of people in an emesrgency situation. We also maintain servers to support this kind of activation.
